Group Benefit Administration
We provide full, streamlined administration of group benefit plans, group pension
plans and group RRSP's, including: member enrolment and termination, generation of
ID cards, invoicing and tax reporting.
Claims Payment
On behalf of the insurer, we adjudicate and pay benefit claims for our clients.
This allows for faster and more accurate processing than if done by the carrier
since our staff has an intimate knowledge of the specific plan provisions.
MSP Administration
We provide full MSP administration, including a direct link to MSP.
Call Centre
A multi-lingual call centre operates from our Burnaby, BC office providing helpful,
courteous information to our plan members across Canada.
Plan Consulting Services
Often, clients need advice in determining the design of their benefit package.
Using our knowledge of the best products available in the industry, we will assist
you in designing the benefit plan that meets your client's unique requirements.
Actuarial Services
Our actuarial staff provide the expertise necessary to design and implement pension
plans, appropriate to your client's needs. We also provide plan valuations, risk
tolerance assessments and performance measurement evaluations.
Pension/Retirement Counselling
We will assist you in meeting your member's need to assess their retirement options
by providing the needed information to enable them to make informed decisions
regarding their financial future.
